Grant County Art Guild Member-only show: entry form and rules

Below is the entry form for our April Members Show, along with our general Guild show rules. Printed entry forms are available at the gallery and studio.

This is our annual members-only show. It opens April 3, during the Silver City Art Association’s Weekend at the Galleries. The show will be listed as an official WAG event. The rules document has the general rules we use for all shows. Note that pieces in this show do not have to be for sale. We do ask that participating members be available to sit the show (one half day shift). 

We are only able to hold shows because our members are willing to staff them. The requirement will be waived for extenuating circumstances. Each shift will have two members on site, including one gallery member, who will ring up sales. (If we have more members participating than available shifts, you can sit the May Silver High School show instead—it is lots of fun to see siblings, parents, and grandparents coming in to see their student’s work.) 
We are looking forward to seeing what our members are currently creating. The opening reception will be as much a Guild social event, where we can get to know each other better, as it is a public event.
