It’s time to get ready for our annual member show! The opening reception will take place during April’s First Friday, on April 3 from 5-7 pm. The show will be up for two weekends: April 4-5 and April 10-12.
To help us promote the show, entry forms, fees, and photos are due by March 8. This is especially important this year since our group has grown, and we need to figure out space before we can confirm all entries.
Exciting news! The Silver City Art Association is moving their annual Weekend at the Galleries event to April, and as an SCAA Gallery member, our opening reception will also serve as part of this event! That means extra visitors in town, giving us a great opportunity to show off the Guild’s talent to a larger crowd.
The entry form is straightforward, but let me know if anything is unclear. Note: We don’t have a maximum size for pieces, but we do want a variety of sizes. Since we have nearly 100 members, we’ll need to make sure everything fits, so if you’re submitting a large piece, please have a smaller backup in mind, just in case.
Important reminder: You must be a 2026 member to participate in the show. If you haven’t renewed yet, you can do so for just $35 at the Guild Gallery (315 N Bullard). The renewal was due January 1, and by the end of the month, if you haven’t renewed, you’ll be removed from our membership list (sorry, bylaws!).
